The Competent Leader Manual
The Competent Leader (CL) manual guides you through the learning process and gives you practical leadership experience to help you learn leadership skills. The manual focuses on skills you can learn by serving in various Toastmaster meeting roles and other club experiences.
The Competent Leader Evaluator’s role is to evaluate members as the work through the CL Manual. Members give their CL manual to the CL Evaluator at the beginning of the meeting.

- Give your manual to the CL Evaluator at the beginning of the meeting
- Use something to bookmark the section you want the CL Evaluator to evaluate you on.
- Be familiar with the specific objectives of the project you select before the meeting.
- Collect your manual after the meeting.

Please do not park in front of the show room, there is plenty of parking on the side of the building. We meet upstairs in the lunch room.
